Sunday 9th June is the day Hellfire Alley comes to life at Briz Chilli Fest.
A collection of over 20 chilli condiment producers will meet up, exchange ideas and chew the “chilli fat”.
These people are so passionate about what they do – grow, pick, dry, pulverise, cook, pickle, ferment, mash – whatever it takes to produce something amazingly tasty and hopefully unique.
